To verify your email on Monkeytilt, check your registered email for a verification message we sent when you signed up. Open the email and follow the instructions to complete the process. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folders. You can also try resending the verification email from your account settings if needed.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password” on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we’ll send you a reset link to help you regain access to your account. If you don’t receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.

To change your password, click on your avatar in the upper right corner, go to Settings, and navigate to the Security tab. From there, you can update your password. Make sure your new password is strong and unique to keep your account secure.

At the moment, it’s not possible to change the email address associated with your Monkeytilt account.

To update your personal details, click on your avatar in the upper right corner, go to Profile Verification, and click “Update” next to the personal information you wish to change. Some details, such as your date of birth, may not be directly changeable through the platform.

You can review your login sessions by clicking on your avatar in the upper right corner, going to Settings, and selecting the Session tab. Here, you can see details of your recent logins and manage any active sessions.

To manage your marketing email preferences, click on your avatar in the upper right corner, go to Settings, and adjust your preferences under the Preferences section. You can choose to opt in or out of receiving marketing communications from Monkeytilt.

At the moment, it’s not possible to change the username associated with your Monkeytilt account.

Click on your avatar in the top right corner and select Account Verification. Then, click on Update next to your personal information to change your address.
