Find Transaction Hash (TxID)

Locate the transaction hash (TxID) in your external wallet's transaction history. Find the transaction to Monkeytilt, open it in a crypto explorer, and you'll see the unique string of numbers and letters identifying your transaction on the blockchain.

How Long Will It Take for My Deposit to Arrive?

The arrival time for deposits varies by method:

  • Cryptocurrency Deposits: These typically appear in your Monkey Tilt wallet within minutes once confirmed on the blockchain used by the cryptocurrency.

  • USD Deposits: Processing times can be slower and are affected by transaction volume and the operational hours of the financial institutions involved.

Why Is My Deposit Locked?

Your deposit is locked because it needs to be wagered at least once (x1) before you can withdraw any funds. This policy is implemented to ensure transaction safety and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
