Make a Withdrawal

To make a withdrawal, click on your balance at the top of the page and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred payment method, enter the amount, and provide the necessary account details based on the method you selected.

Withdraw with Cryptocurrency

To withdraw using cryptocurrency, click on your balance at the top of the page and select Withdraw. Choose the Crypto by BVNK payment option, enter the amount, and select the cryptocurrency you'd like to use. Enter your crypto address and click Withdraw. Please make sure to use the correct address, as using the wrong one will result in lost funds.

Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawal limits vary depending on your location and the payment method you choose. To view the limits, click on your balance at the top of the page and select Withdraw. The minimum and maximum limits for each method will be shown under the payment option.

Withdrawal Rejected

If your withdrawal was rejected, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. KYC (Account Verification): Your account may have triggered the KYC verification process. This typically occurs when your deposits or withdrawals reach a total of $3,000. Please check if verification is required.

  2. Active Bonus: An active bonus on your account can prevent withdrawals. Make sure all bonuses have been fully wagered or used up, as they come with specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements.

  3. Turnover Requirement: All deposits must be wagered at least once (x1 turnover) before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit €100, you need to place bets or play games totaling €100 before you can withdraw the deposited amount.

Withdrawal Timeframes

While many withdrawals are processed immediately, delays can occur due to verification procedures or high demand. The processing time may also vary based on the withdrawal amount and the payment method you choose.

How Can I Track the Status of My Withdrawal?

You can view all deposits and withdrawals on your Monkey Tilt page. To navigate to the page, click on the avatar icon in the top right corner of any page. In the dropdown menu, select Transactions to access your transaction history. This page allows you to view all previous deposits, withdrawals, and crypto transactions.

Are There Any Special Withdrawal Conditions for VIP Members?

VIP members enjoy a variety of perks, including special withdrawal conditions. These can be discussed directly with your dedicated Account Manager or VIP Host.

Why Do I Need to Use the Same Method for Withdrawals as for Deposits?

To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, we require players to withdraw funds using the same method they used for deposits. This helps us maintain security and adhere to legal requirements.

Can I Cancel or Modify a Withdrawal?

You can request the Customer Success team to cancel your withdrawal if it has not yet been processed.

Why Can’t I Withdraw My Recently Deposited Money?

You cannot withdraw recently deposited money because all deposits must be wagered at least once (x1) before withdrawal is permitted. This policy ensures the safety of transactions and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
